OUR HISTORY
Friday Harbor Taxi started one evening in early 2008 when we were at a San Juan Island Bed & Breakfast Association meeting and someone was relating a "horror story" about the taxi cab service here. We related our story which, if not horrific, was at least disappointing. Then someone said, why don't you start a taxi service for us? And Friday Harbor Taxi was born. We service menbers of the San Juan Island Bed & Breakfast Association as well as most of the lodging, restaurants, visitors and residents of San Juan Island.
We pride ourselves on good service, a wonderful ride experience and the lowest fares on San Juan Island. If you must take a competitor's cab, at least agree upon the fare before getting into the cab. Many people don't and get a nasty surprise on arrival.
There are no requirements to file a fare schedule in the Town of Friday Harbor or San Juan County. Friday Harbor Taxi is the only taxi service that publishes its fares.
